Your healthful French feast features flavourful Bourguignon with Home Made Seitan (meat substitute); hearty Alsatian Baeckeoffe (vegetable casserole from Alsace); Steamed Leeks in a Vinaigrette; and scrumptious Crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier for dessert.
