Time to get practical!

  • The idea of batch cooking is to block out time one day of the week to prep or cook a bunch of ingredients in advance, which you can draw from and combine for low-effort homemade meals the rest of the week.
  • In this class, I will share with you how to make this happen with ease & grace.
  • Objective... make cooking & feeding your tribe healthier food a smoother and more enjoyable task. 
  •  Learn simple recipes with variations, tips/tricks to save time & money, ideas to use left-overs creatively, ways to boost your cooking repertoire and more! 
  • Bring along your ideas to add to the conversation as I will open the floor for discussions.

It’s an interactive, entertaining (I was told!) and valuable demo-style presentation.
